Rental Payment

Occupancy

• Only registered guests may stay overnight at the Property.
• No parties or events without prior written consent from the Owner.

Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the Guest’s stay.
• Temporary interruptions in utility services beyond its control.

The Guest occupies the Property at their own risk.

House Rules

The Guest agrees to comply with the following:

• No smoking inside the Property.
• No pets unless authorized in writing.
• Respect quiet hours between [time] and [time].
• Keep the Property clean and in good condition.

Failure to comply may result in termination of stay without refund.

Liability and Indemnity

The Guest agrees to use the Property at their own risk.
The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
The Guest shall be liable for any damage caused to the Property or its contents during the rental period.

Insurance

The Guest is advised to obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, and personal belongings.

Governing Law
