How much does it cost to list my property?
Listing your holiday property or service on this website is completely free. Unlike many platforms that charge upfront or monthly fees, I let you advertise for free. You only pay when you get results.
What is the admin fee and what does it cover?
The admin fee is £15.00 per booking. It covers platform management, customer support, and processing. This fee is added on top of your nightly rate, meaning you receive your full listed price for each booking while the admin fee is managed automatically.
How do enquiries and deposits work?
For enquiries, guests pay a £30 booking deposit. Hosts are expected to honor this deposit and secure the booking once the enquiry is accepted. The remainder of the payment is handled directly between the guest and host, while the admin fee is collected after the guest’s stay.
Can I request a damage deposit from guests?
Yes, hosts can request a damage deposit from guests in addition to the booking deposit. This deposit is held separately and used to cover any damages during the stay. Any unused portion of the damage deposit must be returned to the guest within 48 hours after checkout.
Is a booking policy included in my advert?
Yes, each property listed on the platform must include a booking policy. To make it easy, the booking policy is added to every advert automatically, ensuring that guests understand rules for bookings, deposits, cancellations, and payments. This protects both hosts and guests and helps prevent misunderstandings.
Can I sync my existing booking calendar?
Yes! Our integrated booking calendar can sync with most other booking platforms using a link. This means any bookings made elsewhere will automatically update your availability here, helping you avoid double bookings and keeping everything in one place.
How does this platform compare to alternatives?

Will my property listing be shared with Booking.com?
