How do I make a booking?

Select your preferred property, choose your dates, and complete the secure online booking form. Confirmation is sent immediately after payment.

How do I secure my holiday dates?

It’s simple! A non-refundable £30.00 deposit is required immediately to lock in your dates. Once that’s paid, our automated system handles the rest.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Modifications and cancellations depend on the property's policy. Check the terms on your booking confirmation or contact us for assistance.

What amenities are included?

Each property listing details available amenities such as Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, parking, and more to help you choose the right stay.

When is my final balance due?

Your full balance must be settled 28 days before your arrival date. Our payment processor will collect the remaining payments automatically, so you don't have to worry about missing the deadline.

How do I pay the Damage Deposit?

Unlike your holiday payment, the Damage Deposit (Security Bond) is sent separately via Bank Transfer directly to Short Stays Holidays. We will return this to your bank account after your stay, once our team has completed the property check.

Can I arrive early or stay later?

We know you want to make the most of your holiday! Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange this.

PETS & EXTRAS

We love dogs! However, only specific caravans are designated "Dog-Friendly" to cater to all our guests' needs. You can book your dog in for a small fee. Please ensure you select a pet-friendly property during the booking process.

Is bedding provided in the caravan?

To keep our prices low and flexible, bedding is an optional extra. You can order a fresh bedding service to be ready for your arrival, or you are more than welcome to bring your own from home.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking up to 42 days (6 weeks) before your arrival date. Please note that the initial £30 deposit is non-refundable.

What happens if I cancel within 42 days?

If you cancel within the 42-day window, the balance paid may not be eligible for a refund, as it becomes difficult for us to re-list the dates at short notice for our owners.
