“Listing your holiday property or service on our website is completely free. 

❓ “Is there any risk or upfront cost?”

“There’s no upfront cost at all, and you keep 100% of your nightly rate. We simply add a small admin fee to the customer at the time of booking.”

❓ “How much is the admin fee?”

“The admin fee is £15.00 per booking, and it covers platform management, customer support, and processing.”

Does the admin fee come out of my price?

No, the admin fee is added on top of your nightly rate. You receive your full listed price for each booking.

What do customers pay exactly?

Booking Deposit for Enquiries

“For enquiries, guests pay a £30 booking deposit. Hosts are expected to honor this deposit and secure the booking once the enquiry is accepted. The remainder of the payment is handled directly between the guest and host, while our admin fee is collected after the guest’s stay.”

Damage Deposits

“Hosts can request a damage deposit from guests in addition to the booking deposit. This deposit is held separately and used to cover any damages during the stay. Any unused portion of the damage deposit must be returned to the guest within 48 hours after checkout.”

“Yes! Our integrated booking calendar can sync with most other booking platforms using a link. This means any bookings made elsewhere will automatically update your availability here, helping you avoid double bookings and keeping everything in one place.”

How to Log Into Your Calendar

  • Go to our website and click “Host Login” at the top of the page.

    Enter your registered email address and password.

  • Once logged in, navigate to “My Calendar” in your dashboard.

  • From there, you can view bookings, update availability, and sync with other platforms.

    “It’s similar in that customers can book through the platform, but we focus on keeping costs low for advertisers by removing upfront fees.”
